- Supporting Airbus A350 nacelle value stream in all aspects pertaining to Delivery Assurance, Master Scheduling and Inventory control.- Ensuring 100% OTD by monitoring processes throughout value stream and communicating requirements, setting priorities and escalating issues impacting customer delivery dates.- Acting as the production scheduling liaison between different sites and functions.- Working specifically closely with operations, engineering, and supply chain to understand upcoming changes and all the implications that come into play. - Monitoring SAP metrics and settings to ensure correct demand is being driven.- Supporting implementation of SAP changes to production requirements by creating or maintaining sales orders to replace a forecast.- Monitoring of value stream performance to inventory goals and generation of monthly performance review decks.- Supporting team projects to improve the business utilizing lean tools.- Identifying redundant tasks in daily activities and improving them to increase efficiency.- Participating in bi-yearly planning to define projects to meet business goals.Supporting other value streams(A320NEO, A220, KC-390) in order to broaden understanding of material flow and meet objectives for our customers.

- In depth understanding of Oracle ERP system throughout multiple business function responsibilities.- In charge of optimally procuring all steel (coils and wire), chemicals, and corrugated materials for hydraulic and fuel filter production. -Currently working in multiple plants observing current processes and developing optimized targets in order to reduce non-value added movements and reduce inventory.-Created a robust premium freight procedure for all U.S. and M.X. plants-Collected data and figures to initiate consolidated overseas flow business case for U.S. and M.X. plants.-Currently supporting supply chain team with WMS implementation in all North American Plants.- Standardized the inventory forecast process and improved template design to automate data from SAP to excel.- Supported plant with understaffing for two weeks and facilitated CHEP packaging studies.- Supported supply chain team in transition of 4PL's

- Established a centralized excel database for all Plastic Omnium packaging forms. This allowed for a common storage space, easy access, and helped to fill in gaps with LLP. - Pulled and analyzed weekly SAP component releases for the five U.S. plants. Facilitated data changes in freight network and communicated changes with plant material planners and logistics provider. - Facilitated packaging changes in order to achieve better pack density/cube utilization to optimize freight and bring savings; total estimated annualized savings of $76,586. - Supported tier 1 sequencing operation for plastic tanks going on P702 by helping to develop a FAQ document with missing info left off the RFQ sent to the sequencing suppliers. - Spent time in both Plastic Omnium plants as well as PO’s suppliers' plants and studied the manufacturing and logistics processes of individual components.
