Are you in need of someone who has an eye for detail, quality, and craftsmanship? I have been working in the construction industry for the past decade, learning all aspects of what it takes to competently build a project in a safe and efficient manner. It all began with me helping my father build our own custom home. This exposure allowed me to see a path forward within the construction industry, and the value and potential growth that will come with it.My experience consists of both residential and commercial construction, and with that comes the understanding that what is most important is delivering a quality product to your clients. At the same time, I have had the opportunity to manage small projects and teams to ensure these goals were met. Quality assurance and quality control were often part of the day-to-day in my time in the building industry. I would often ensure material quantity would match the pace of a project and keep an open dialog with all parties of the job to ensure proper communication.After a decent amount of exposure to the construction industry, I decided it was only prudent to pursue my construction management degree at the University of Wyoming.If you were to ask me where I see myself in 10 years, I would say anywhere that I can add value to a team and community. The biggest lesson I have learned from my time spent over the years is the importance of teamwork and collaborating with your peers. I want to engage with a team and be a valued member of it.
