Retooled Marketing Department after divestment of the practice’s outpatient center business. Key accomplishments include development of new brand identity for IR Section, refined methodology for RFP response, build out of internal video/photography capabilities, and recruitment of new Marketing team.Successfully led the RFP response process for multiple new facilities throughout North Texas.

Serving as Director of Marketing and Business Development for Radiology Associates of North Texas, my primary responsibility was to increase the referral volumes to our 14 DFW based, multi-modality imaging centers. In this role I managed a team of 6 sales reps, 1 Marketing Manager and 1 Marketing Coordinator. Mentoring all members of the marketing team to ensure strong professional growth and buy-in of the departmental vision became a critical part of my daily responsibilities. In addition to managing the marketing team, my role included creation and oversight of all advertising campaigns, print media publications, customer service training programs, market research and public relations initiatives.With a strong focus on quality service and sales training, Radiology Associates saw its imaging center volume grow by double digits in 2012 and again in 2013. In 2014, the practice decided to divest of its ownership in the imaging centers and focus exclusively on providing high quality professional interpretations to its hospitals, imaging center and physician partners.

As Physician Liaison for Radiology Associates, I managed a database of over 800 physicians. My responsibilities included relationship management, marketing lunches, creative problem solving, cold call selling, database management and territory analysis.
