My responsibilities are to take care of six foster children in a home. I work with other staff to provide the children’s every day needs, passing medication, mentoring, and keeping them safe. Our homes focus on children who have been diagnosed with mental disorders. Before I could work with the children, I went through Professional Assault and Crisis Training for both communicating with escalated residents and for restraining residents with another staff member. I was also trained in Medication Management for Children's Services Paraprofessionals.

My roles range from the front of the office to setting up for procedures in the back of the office. We perform a clinic, lower extremity venous and arterial ultrasound, echocardiogram, exercise and nuclear stress tests, vein ablation, and ambulatory phlebectomy.
