Responsible for the IT Applications, Strategy and Development of systems to meet the Business and Growth objectives. ZP China was using the legacy SDS AS400 regional system, challenges were to meet business requirements whilst maintaining regional compliance. This was achieved by utilizing a bolt on approach to systems development, the following areas were addressed during my time in ShanghaiReporting – Utilizing Business Intelligence tools – Yellowfin for Hospital Sales. Business Objects for Corporate and Principal reporting including a standard Business Review processClinical Trails Management – Utilized Web application tools for clinical trials management and reportingMedical Device Management – Including Kitting and Consignment StockIn-market Sales collection and reporting down to end customer
