David Howells is a Programme Director within Atos IT Solutions and Services, responsible for the delivery of programmes and portfolios of projects across a wide range of sectors within Atos. David has significant knowledge of complex system integration programmes in IT Outsourcing environments. He has full life cycle experience and a proven track record over 30 years of leading project and programme delivery with clients in a variety of business areas. In customer facing roles, David has delivered business changes ranging from the introduction of new managed services, transformations of core operations through to UK wide rollouts.
