before self employment i was an operations manager for a major truck leasing company for eastern pa and northern nj. my duties were daily operations, fuel purchases for entire company, new build truck specifications for customer applications, always making budget.the fleet of power units varied around 600 units. when i opened h and h fleet service in 1999 i specialized in fleet maintenance, truck specifications , upgrade of customer equipment to meet demand, and dot training courses to upgrade knowledge of drivers. all of this was to lower the customers operating costs. in 2000 i also started h and h beverage. home and office delivery of 3 and 5 gallons of spring water. also included dispensers and a full coffee service. all h and h companies are still exist today
