This work included several overseas postings in Indonesia and the Philippines.Since relocating to Brisbane in 2005, David has managed the structural design of heavy civil structures including bridges and industrial, marine and water retaining structures undertaken from Cardno's Brisbane Office and provided assistance and guidance with similar projects undertaken through Cardno's Queensland regional offices.From 2010 until 2015 David has been the Lead Structural Engineer/Technical Lead for all surface civil structures on the Legacy Way Project in Brisbane, which included cut and cover tunnels, road bridges, retaining walls, sign support structures and gantries and noise walls.David has particular extensive experience in the design of bridges, building structures and civil works; the management of design and supervision teams and overall project management of structural and civil works. David's expertise includes the design and rectification of bridge structures, having had over 30 years' experience in this area.
