Also used markdown/Jekyll to produce online Help. • Wrote tutorials for the Hortonworks sandbox that demonstrated the functionality of the Hortonworks platform. Topics included how to install and configure the Hortonworks ODBC drivers, refining data with the Hortonworks platform, and analyzing data with 3rd-party BI tools (Excel, Tableau). • Installed test clusters on local and Cloud Linux instances. Verified feature functionality and confirmed the technical accuracy of the documentation. • Wrote white papers describing Hortonworks platform integration with other platforms (Informatica) and analytic applications (Excel, Tableau). • Awards: Commitment code badge (2023, 2024), “Unsung Hero” award (2018).

• Developed documentation for the DataRobot data analytics software platform. • Initially authored API documentation using Sphinx/.rst markup. Used Curl to test all REST API routes and methods. Documented and tested Python SDK code samples. Evaluated API documentation frameworks and wrote an API functional specification. Migrated the API documentation to the Swagger API framework. Used the Swagger code editor (YAML) to generate a .json configuration file for the DataRobot APIs. Produced HTML API documentation with dynamic "try it" code samples. Use Swagger codegen to generate client libraries in multiple languages. Customized the Swagger UI framework to reflect DataRobot branding. • Evaluated authoring tools (Madcap Flare and Oxygen).
