1>.Manage cross function team to introduce new project smoothly. Meet delivery time, cost and quality requirement;2>.Review NPI spreadsheet to control program overall schedule, including BOM/Drawing/Document review, DFX, material sourcing, engineering set up;3>.Provide assembly related cost for new RFQ, responsible for updating quotation on existing running program;4>.Make sure DFX concern/ capacity concern is fixed, new document, fixture are ready before set into mass production;5>.Participate in weekly calls to communicate with Customers for project status and then make sure Zero Communication Gap;6>.Overall responsibility for the performance of both NPI & sustaining program under support by each function team, include quality, OTD, inventory and cost.

Coordinate with the representatives of Customer, Sales, Program manager and internal team to plan and manage programs. 1. Plan and manage the assigned NPI projects, make sure samples meet customers’ requirements without failure;2. Manage NPI activities and arrange start-up/kick off meeting for new project as project leader;3. Make sample report/PPAP/IMDS or other necessary documents with supporting data from other departments to get sample approval from customer.;4. Responsible for transferring customer files into internal files including BOM/ECN/Deviation and release to related departments, ensure no any missing or mistake;5. Follow up the manufacturing issues of mass production parts, push and assist relative function team to solve the issues;6. Communicate with customer on engineering/quality/component issue of product as technical contact;7. Work with program managers to deal with miscellaneous issues among assigned customers.
