The Groups logistics solutions portfolio is considered to be one of the most diverse in Europe and supports over 20 service offerings to its wide customer base.Peel Ports’ key facilities include Port of Liverpool, Manchester Ship Canal, Heysham Port, Clydeport, Great Yarmouth, London Medway and Marine Terminals Ltd container terminal in Dublin.I oversee the day-to-day Sales, Operating, EHS and Marine functions of the business including the Groups 7 Statutory Harbour Authorities, whilst building a platform for growth through the execution of a strategic business and sales plan. I am also the Chairman of the Liverpool and Manchester Port Security Authority.I have worked in the logistics solutions sector for over 29 years, initially within the vehicle supply chain as Operations Director and for the last 20 years have held senior positions within both Hutchison Port Holdings and Peel Ports Group. I have held a Board position at Peel Ports Group since 2017.

I head up both operational execution, service delivery solutions and sales conversion for the cluster.

Peel Ports (Mersey) is based at The Port of Liverpool and operates over 16 terminals including facilities at Liverpool, Manchester, Birkenhead and Heysham. These collectivley support over 16,500 vessel movements per year covering a mixed product offering from Containers, Bulk Liquids, Dry Bulk, General Cargo, Ro-Ro and Passenger Terminals. Operations is grouped into Terminal Operations Management and the support services of Marine, Engineering, Tactical Sales, Port Police and QSHE. I am responsible for heading up all Operational and Sales activities.
