Employing 14 staff providing design, web development and IT services to a wide variety of local and international clients.  • Becoming the official design partner of Doncaster Rovers Football Club.  • Becoming a board member of Doncaster Community Development Trust. Focusing on serving the community within the Trust area. Renovating, bringing back to life the old Doncaster Art College into a vibrant hub for the creative industries. • I am also a Doncaster 100 business mentor, advising on digital marketing strategies.

• Opened up a freelance studio in Doncaster supplying artwork and design to a number of local companies • Worked in packaging design for NU Tool as part of my freelance contracts, working in and assisting design studios, printers on a job to job basis. • After establishing a number of key accounts, reformed into a Limited company.

• Partner in The Type Factory supplying design studios and printers with artwork, design and typesetting. • To ensure my business remain relevant in the market place, made the transition from traditional Linotype equipment to Apple Mac, which was one of the first systems in the East Midland for £64,000.  • Made the transition from sales to hands on typesetting, artwork, and design. • Becoming one of the main suppliers of artwork, typesetting/ typography design, to a large number of design studios in the Nottingham/Sheffield area.• Turnover in excess of £350,000.Moved the company to Nottingham after been awarded a contract to supply artwork and design services to a major Direct Marketing agency in Nottingham, Keith Barnes Associates. Worked with a number of designers copywriters on accounts for, HSBC, Prudential, Axa Sun Life, Admiral, Bradford and Bingley.

• Created my own Typesetting company with 3 other board members and 4 staff on shift work that serviced the East Midlands and South Yorkshire. • Established a sales area in the Nottingham area providing Typography, Typesetting to a large number of design studios and printers. • Created turnover in excess of £300,000.

• As production director I helped launch and manage a new Typesetting company in Nottingham with staff of 10. • Created internal work flow system between typesetters, repro department, office.• Liaised with sales force and clients meeting tight deadlines and budgets.• Serviced clients in East Midland, Sheffield, Doncaster area, providing Typography, typesetting to a large number of design studios and printers.

• Assistant to Production Manager/Production Manager• Planning the production aspect of a campaign, or project for clients.• Producing quotes for various campaigns/projects, design/artwork, photography, repro, print. Liaising with account executives.• Working with suppliers, meeting deadline, budgets.• Working with studio staff of 8, making sure work flow met deadlines
