I have 20+ years experience in IT and Communications. I am a passionate, highly technical leader. Having managed all aspects of the business from Service, Product Management, Sales and Operations culminating in Technical Director for Solution IP. I lead from the front, am a creative thinker and innovative problem solver whilst ensuring I stay empathetic and inspire the team to be the best. Throughout my career I have worked with hundreds of customers creating solutions to better their businesses. I love being in front of clients in both the sales process and the technical solutioning utilising the knowledge of the products that I have gained over my 20+ years. Providing best in class solutions and customer service is my mission. In the last 5 years I have had P&L accountability and am very adept at ensuring the business delivers revenue aligned with its goals; staying focused on what really matters and ensuring costs are controlled. I have been heavily involved with 2 company sales, taking a lead role in the Solution IP acquisition of Telefonix. Integrating staff, systems and culture whilst ensuring the business stayed on track through the pandemic was challenging but successful.
