As a summer job I worked as a bartender / waiter in a cafe in Nijmegen. As there was no assiatant manager at the time, I was semi-officially appointed to take over that role. During the International Four Days Marches (the biggest marching event in the world) we managed the biggest terras of the city, as well as +/- 25 people working there during the event.

A temporary project spearheaded by the Utrecht Police force to raise public awareness of theft and burglary around the December holidays. After the project, I participated in a thinktank for car theft prevention and pickpocketing.

A voluntary function to manage the feedback project of the Dutch film festival. I guided 32 volunteers in conducting surveys of visitors of the festival resulting in over 1000 respondents. I gathered the collected data into a report to be presented to the festival's sponsors.

In the lovely town of Marmaris, Turkey, I was responsible for all incoming tourists from the Netherlands. Setting up the entire summer program for that season was my responsibility, ranging from bar crawls and barbeques to boat trips and maintaining Hotel relations.
