Manage service delivery for MedHOK's largest customer. Using JIRA ticketing system and the Atlassian suite of products, work with internal teams to plan and deliver changes and implement solutions. Maintenance Planning, Change Control, Scheduling, Resource Coordination, inter-group Communication, Capacity Planning/Monitoring, Server resource trending, reporting and analysis (KPIs, Disk, CPU, Performance), Disk Grooming (analysis, strategic planning, etc.) JIRA Ticket Intake Improvement (daily report, analysis, socialization of new methods), Monitor and Alert Improvement, Root Cause Analysis, Support Process Improvement, Service Delivery Process Improvement, Script Consolidation and re-usability. Systems ran on Linux with apache/tomcat.
