The automatic, real time compliance statements this program provides made it possible for the company to obtain its Part 121 airline certification in 11 months. ● Developed a comprehensive Engineering Management program used throughout the company to request & schedule engineering work, report the status of that work, and monitor workload & work assignments.● Produced an Aircraft Discrepancy program that automates discrepancy reporting and improves return-to-service times.● Created a computer application for scheduling crew deployments on DOD missions and tracking crew member certifications. This application eliminated schedule lapses and enabled the company to support more programs with less administrative overhead.
