I am a qualified first aider. I handle any ergonomic queries with in the office and have a nebosh level 2 qualification. As well as dealing with my day to day role of handling travel requests for any roadshow and managing directors in the banking industry. I handle all varieties of travel ranging from round the world tickets to point to point reservations. I have a good knowledge of the Sabre booking system for booking all flights and eurostar reservations. I have a good knowledge of fares and able to build complex fares from new reservations to changes to travel all ready in progress.I have recently transitioned to a system design analyst. I am currently looking at the process of a new tool within the company, assisting in troubleshooting when the tool is not working as expected
