This role encompassed the life cycle of a Ballasted track renewal sub project. I planned renewals to meet all deadlines. I organised prep works and briefed all parties involved prior to the weekend possession. I also worked on site during weekends, ensuring that works are compliant with standards and the design. I utilised various skills such as 3D UTS / GPS dozing, tamping (see full list below). Post renewals I worked with LU assurance to ensure all site records are compliant and in place. I worked on handing back seven MAIDS / Health and Safety files to the client. Track Alliance Project Closeout Team - Trainee Technician (July 2011 – July 2012) During my time with TA closeout I completed the handover of nine engineering sites to LU. This involved checking work quality, confirming standards were adhered to and that the client’s specification had been met. On site I delivered renewals, checked the quality of works and ensured all projectes were delivered to design. I also worked on End State Layout: this was a feasibility study in conjunction with LU.
