The Vegout fungi company as future mushroom-based fat producers are the first and founder originators of this product and are now joint applicants to our ground breaking innovated mushroom fat patent application. As a group we decided it made good business sense to ask and invite the Dutch-based Klerken family and owners of the Scelta group corporation to join us in our journey with our new invention patent application: registration. To which they were extremely excited to be involved and requested that in addition we also research the possibility of creating our new invention to include the use of button mushrooms within the patent application. We agreed to this to work together with our innovation. We have been working closely together for over a year now on this comprehensive button mushroom innovation and meat enhanced products. We are still working closely with the Scelta group corporation and the Klerken family to further enhance our products and our jointly registered fat patent (meat and vegan products) to further advance and enhance using our own fat innovation. We are very excited and looking forward to form the new company with Scelta and the Klerken family.Klerken holdings and the Scelta group decided that the new company would be named as the 'Scelta Vegout' company to which Vegout fungi agreed.Scelta decided to advertise the name of the new company worldwide as 'Scelta Vegout' which was recently advertised worldwide again by the Scelta corporation with us at the joint London plant-based food exhibition. Together we have to date, created immense interest from our recent successful demonstration at the London plant-based exhibition, with around 80 new leads within the food outlets worldwide.Our joint mushroom-based fat patent product will soon revolutionise the way we eat meat and vegan food.
