I currently work as a foreman for a team of bricklayers on busy construction sites. I have completed all the basic survival training needed and would be readily available should an opportunity arise. I have carried out a lot of research into drilling and I am confident I have the basics to be great on the drill floor.In my current role I need a few key skills to be successful namely:-> working in a team> effective communicator> problem solving> programme/timescale management> risk assessmentIn addition to the above I especially need to maintain a full awareness of surroundings and health and safety as the construction industry is a very dangerous place.These skills and acute senses are transferable to the dangerous environments on drill deck.
