Coordinate development of proper data collection forms and tracking systems needed to monitor participant involvement, document program effectiveness and satisfy funders’ requirements; Maintain HMIS system • Oversee recruitment, hiring, orientation and supervise program staff (i.e. employees, interns, volunteers and service partners) to satisfy performance expectations and meet ethical standards; supervsied a staff of 18 • Serve as project’s primary liaison to Residents Council and oversee coordination with Peer Review Panel and other participant engagement structures; • Make presentations in specified areas to share experience/strength/hope, to increase personal/agency visibility and monitor participant engagement levels; • Help respond to media inquiries in a manner that assures participant respect, confidentiality, etc. as applicable; primary liason to Sacramento County CoC for the homeless; • Coordinate planning and promotion of on-site special events; • Serve as primary contact on inter and intra agency communication on project issues, partner relationships; • Assure compliance with agency’s personnel policies/procedures regarding annual performance reviews semi-monthly timesheets, etc.; • Oversee equipment/supply inventory and coordinate approval for purchases; • Maintain fiscal accountability via expense documentation, reporting, etc.; • Compile and collate program service data to document program impacts; • Coordinate collection and assessment of input from participants and staff regarding service needs, development goals, and the effectiveness of current programming; • Involve staff and Residents Council in development of evaluation tools to assess needs, monitor performance, etc. • Assisited with grant writing and grants mgt process;Liason to current funders; • Experienced with homeless, and drug/alcohol dependent populations
