Extended accountabilities for the UK Managed Test Service (below), in to the European Regional Networks. Accountable for management of all aspects of key 10 labs in the UK and Italy project testing services in UK . Role dimensions: internal FTEs team split in Italy and UK; circa 100 outsourced test partner resources; direct and indirect budget of several million/ year. Significant achievements include harmonising service with single partner and governance across Europe; delivery of multiple lab innovations and automation capabilities across all labs; signification yoy cost reduction.

Accountable for monitoring and driving improvements to all aspects of end to end network quality. This includes 3 areas: Technical Quality Assurance, End to End Network Testing and End to End Customer Network Performance. The End to End Testing accountabilities are as Head of Network Testing below. Technical Quality Assurance looks at shadowing key network programmes through their technical lifecycle, challenging and driving fitness for purpose of key technical deliveries (eg Design, Requirements). End to End performance monitors and drives improvements to all aspects of network customer end to end performance.

Accountable for all aspects of the UK Networks Testing Service offered to Networks and other domains across Vodafone. The service included both project testing and network lab management; controlling budget; performance of key strategic test partners; driving reductions in the cost and time; delivery of strategic road maps to improve all aspects of Networks testing capability; facility and capability management of the Networks Test Labs. Additional project test accountability for end to end testing of significant projects and programmes in Technology Networks domain. Role dimensions: team of UK FTEs; circa 80 outsourced test partner resources; direct and indirect budget of several million. Significant achievements include restructuring an underachieving service to successfully lead key E2E test programmes in Networks; identifying and establishing strategic direction with supplier to enable cost of ownership reduction in testing and improvements in deliverables of products to production environment.

Accountable for all aspects of the delivery and test lifecycle and strategic direction of Network Management Systems domain in Networks. Team consisted of around 15 FTEs, 20-30 outsourced developers.

Role has 2 major accountabilities: Head of Service Enablers development teams and quality assurance across the Technology Products & Services team. Team size of approximately 17.

Quality Manager for within Telecom Systems. Accountable for maintaining Operational KPIs associated with all services in production; and ensuring all solutions delivered to production are fit for purpose.

Head of Enablers development teams within the Telecom Systems. Team size of approximately 25. Responsible for delivery of all Service Enabling solutions a, to ensure new service enablers delivered to time , cost, quality.
