My role is to assist in opening up restaurants, from securing venue, business development, equipment procurement, interior designs, staff training, operational systems, kitchen and front of house training, supplier listings, restaurant furniture procurement and designs.We also specialise in restaurant fire-fighting for places not doing well and we do new menu designs, marketing, staff training to ensure that GPS are increased.Hospitality advise on what works best for different hospitality establishments.
