My best-boss-ever taught me to always leave things better than you found them. I try hard to do that, to treat others with fairness & kindness, and to have empathy. I believe that successful business outcomes are because of, and not in conflict with, doing that. I know that having a leadership role is a privilege - to serve colleagues, customers and members.I passionately believe that we must celebrate inclusion & diversity in the workplace. I was the very first signatory to the Government backed pledge to champion Diversity and Inclusion in business.
