Client : Ebay / Paypal.Duties and Responsibilities:My duties are to provide desktop support to the users at both eBay and PayPal.To support these requirements I analyses and troubleshoot issues for various applications including some bespoke applications belonging to the client. Part of the support also involves coordinating support using third party providers.I have also helped with a large scale tech refresh of PC’s and Laptops on both sites.As team lead I am involved in meetings with IT management providing feedback and estimatesfor projects. I produce daily and weekly reports for management and manage the work loadof my 6 team members. The tool set involved Remedy, Active Directory, Windows XP OS, Windows 7 OS, Epro, Pserv, MS Office, Blackberry Administration Services, Safecom web console and Connected backup.

Client: DiageoDuties and Responsibilities:My duties are to provide support to the users of several systemsthroughout the company namely Payroll, Pensions System,Storehouse Retail systems and Return Beer system. As requirements are constantly changing and therefore these systems need to becustomized and maintained in order to meet the business needs.To support these requirements I analyses, design and develop anyenhancements necessary to add functionality to these systems.Problem-solving also features largely in my role and sometimesthis involves coordinating support and development using thirdparty providers.I have also helped coordinate work and tested the Self serve portal whichIs a Sharepoint application. Client : DupontDuties and Responsibilities:My duties were to provide support to the users of several systemsnamely Global Collection & Allocation Processing(GCAP),Financial Item Management Facility (FIMF) and sHierarch Management Facility (HMF).As well as development work for these applications I provided on call support from home a night for one week in every eight weeks. This involved monitoring and rerunning failed batch jobs running over night. Client : Irish Life.Duties and Responsibilities:My duties were to develop and support the CLOAS systems.The client wanted the system to run in real time and to have a web based front end.I helped develop the letter generating modules and the interface between CLOAS and the new web front end.OS and Tools used: MVS, CICS, Endevor, TSO/ISPF, COBOL, XML, VB script and DL1Accomplishments:Acknowledgement from Irish Life for designing and creating data entry test tool to allow them to test the interface before the web front end was completed.
