Using and advanced combination of technologies, Pentair’s biogas upgrading systems completely eliminate any methane slip. This results in a significantly higher methane yield, and optionally provides liquid Co2 as a second value stream. The portion of environmentally harmful greenhouse gases releases to the atmosphere is reduced to almost zero, which makes these systems a future-proof investment. As an additional advantage of the chemical absorption process, this operates without activated carbon to remove H2S from the gas stream, leading to substantial savings in OPEX.Since entering the biogas upgrading market in 2010, Pentair has experienced amazing success with its innovated technology.
