Public Sector Projects (April 2018 to Present)-Leading the discovery and design on multiple full-lifecycle Oracle Cloud multi-district projects. Directing asset and inventory solutioning and designs, prototyping, and business transformation for a multi-organizational inventory solution to address over two dozen subinventories and the nightly replenishment of 80 mobile service trucks, mimicking a PAR stock solution.-Designed DFF’s, value sets, mapping sets, FBDI and ADFDI loads, and created new methodologies, and other artifacts to help improved team effectiveness. Shared solutions and management strategies with the team, whereby I am consistently told by team members that I saved them weeks and months of effort with my tutorials, templates, techniques, methods, and my ability to mentor the team.

Rady Children’s Hospital• Financial and supply chain lead for a PeopleSoft 9.2 upgrade.• Reviewed existing 9.1 gaps and enhancements against client requirements and PeopleSoft 9.2 features.• Eliminated 35 of 60 modifications through new business process design and functional configuration.• Outlined workcenter/dashboard designs focusing on PAR scorecards and supply chain artifacts.Princeton Plasma Physics Lab• Supply chain lead for an assessment and fit/gap effort seeking to improve controls and audit capability through a PeopleSoft 9.2 implementation.University of California• Implemented a multi-dimensional design strategy to align conflicting campus resource models, different application codebases, and perform campus readiness assessments.• Developed a new conversion architecture that would provide for RAW data loads into custom Oracle staging tables, a transformation and conversion engine, all within a framework that is scalable, repeatable, and reusable.

Healthcare and Life Sciences: (October 2014 to February 2018)(University of Texas Southwestern Medical, Lucile-Packard Children’s Hospital, Rady Children’s Hospital, Princeton Plasma Physics Lab)-Developed usage analytics leading to the build of an item maintenance toolkit. This solution addresses the challenge medical techs, clinicians, and inventory coordinators have managing Par and perpetual reorder points by incorporating historical usage to enable mass item updates items for min/max quantities. The solution facilitates accuracy in preference cards, case carts, and supply movements.-Designed the Healthcare Clinical System Integrations Framework. The framework produces a “case-cart predictive Par model” through interfaces with existing systems (Epic, OpTime, QSight, Kanban, horizontal and vertical carousels, Periop, Cath Labs, Surgical Supply, and Interventional Radiology). The heart of this solution is the ability to tie usage from the afore mentioned 3rd party systems into Oracle staging tables using SCM item ID’s and patient charge codes.-Oracle SCM Cloud strategy advisor for the planning of a new medical center with assessments and quick wins for a move to Oracle Cloud. This included targeted perpetual inventory for clinical supplies, animal research, obsolete item remediation, and sterile processing for med/surg supplies, including integrating their existing Kanban process.-Designed the “Conversion Framework”. The framework defined 4 fundamentals for managing large data sets: a.) Conversion and maintenance should be transactional, b.) Raw extracts are staged into work tables where original/legacy data is not altered, c.) Flexible “source to target” Xwalk data transformation engine to apply new code sets to legacy data, with transformation rules, and validations, d.) A conversion engine to populate production tables.

IBM (SENIOR CONSULTING MANAGER)Multiple Projects and RFP’s (April 2011 to October 2014):(County of Merced, CA, University of Miami, UT Austin, City of Orlando, Corning Life Sciences, Kaiser Permanente)-Created new SCM and Procurement fit/gap methodology to lead full-lifecycle implementations for multi-site deployment roll-outs. Resolved scoping and delivery challenges by driving the solutions between multiple project tracks and client task re-work. Also negotiated reconciliations for disagreements between uncooperative business unit owners to accomplish repeatable implementation roll-outs.-Engaged to advise on the transition of a new business acquisition and the migration of existing ERP, manufacturing systems over to the Corning supply chain business model. We provided updated “as-is” and “to-be” introductory material for the new company employees to help integrate them into the Corning business process, and lead FIT/GAP and solutioning workshops.

ACCENTURE (CONSULTING MANAGER)California Fi$cal (August 2010 to April 2011)-Lead the procurement and inventory RFP response for the win of the State of California Fi$cal project with Accenture. Due to our efforts, Accenture was selected by the State of California as “Best Of Class Design” for the 5 year implementation of PeopleSoft ERP. The response included a fully configured pilot based on strict requirements provided by the State of California, with very structured options for questioning and clarifications of both requirements and terminology. The team was not allowed to consult with client resources to build the solution.

MAXIMUS & OthersHealthcare, Life Sciences, and Public Sector: (December 2001 to August 2010)(Numerous full-lifecycle implementations MD Anderson Cancer Center – Houston, Shands Hospital - Gainesville; Memorial Hospital - LA; Children's Hospital – Denver, UW Health – Madison, Atrium Health – Charlotte, State of Minnesota, State of Oklahoma, State of Tennessee, Salt River-Pima Indian Casino and Gaming Community – Phoenix, Bellagio - NV, State of Indiana, Foxwoods Casino - CT, Qualcomm – San Diego, Polycom – San Jose, City of Escondido, Port of Seattle, East Bay Municipal Utilities – Oakland, San Diego County Water Authority)Notable Project Achievements-Sold three implementations based on the custom Integrated Item Maintenance Solution that I designed for the State of Tennessee. This custom and fully integrated solution contains over 300 records and 4,000 fields. The application is used for content management data cleansing and catalog loading. It can process multiple criteria, and execute mass change operations on large volumes of data upwards of 100,000 items at a time, reducing work effort by a factor of 10.-Designed integrations to third party inventory, work order management, and manufacturing systems that utilize PeopleSoft as the system of record. In addition to the typical SCM and Procure to Pay designs, I developed a complete content methodology from scratch, to address content aggregation, direct connect suppliers, catalog loads, supplier summits, and new business policies.
