Coordination and Implementation of the Environmental Management Systems on the AKK Projects

 Lead other team members in Tank Farm/Storage Management and Product control  Plan and coordinate various waste management and recycling projects.  Identify, quantify, collect samples and information of wastes.  Coordinate the documentation required to label, move, track, and report waste and waste initiatives. Evaluate waste management options and apply waste hierarchy model in order to reduce, reuse, recycle, recover, and dispose waste material.  Oversee daily activities of team members to maintain and ensure optimal Environmental Management Service (EMS) delivery. Ensure all operations carried out within the facility are in compliance with local, state and federal environmental regulations.  Educate unit staff members on relevant programs and policies.  Respond to inquiries and concerns related to EMS.  Perform regular environmental audits to monitor emissions, contaminations and damages.  Generate environmental reports and maintain permits as per state regulations.  Work with team to develop effective environmental strategies to reduce contaminations.  Conduct research and analytical studies on varieties of waste management programs  Investigate the life expectancy of consumable products and recommend options for more economical and environmentally friendly materials or processes.  Work with company personnel in developing an appropriate and user-friendly waste management system.  Assist in budget preparation and administration Determine financial methods, procedures, and costs pertaining to environmental compliance and waste management services. Stay informed with respect to waste management regulations and ensure regulations adherence Provide waste management training to clients and staff.  Participate in auditing processes, including approvals, water monitoring reports, engineering designs, and contingency planning.

 Handled, treated and disposed varying categorized wastes from operating fields in the oil and gas industry Actively got involved in petroleum products haulage and marketing for the company. Managed new and existing clients under the vendor registration processes which include; NNPC, NPDC, Agip (NAOC, NAE, AENR), SEPLAT, Platform Petroleum, First Hydrocarbon, Warri Refinery/Petrochemical (WRP), JKPEEZ Empex, SEEPCO, LEKOIL, BW Offshore etc  General management and supervision of all jobs and project activities,  Oversaw Contract/client management, process development & control, and business case development Led the team in strategic job planning, control and resource management Led the team in Standard Operating Procedures development and Bid/tendering processes Served as company Manager for all bids/tendering processes on Nipex e-market 4.0 and 7.0 SAP SRM portal,  Led in the Planning, execution and follow up on ongoing projects Supervised teammates during project evaluation and Commercial proposal preparation. Provided leadership to Management team and the workforce for toward the realization of set targets and objectives.
