I worked as a Procedure Transformation and Script Coordinator within the Project Teams at HSBC.This wsa a key role with a broad remit across the banks UK contact centres carrying the responsibility for reviewing and rewriting defined procedures. I was part of a team tasked with rewriting 2500 of the contact centres procedures into a new design format, implementing improvements and changes where required.We aimed to contribute towards a £1m sustainable save to the bank through reduction in compliance related errors and time required to run through the procedure process.Using my proficient HTML coding skills I built the procedures on a CMS program. Once complete these were reviewed with stakeholders from the relevant business area along with representatives from Risk, Fraud, Legal and Compliance before being signed off and set live.A post implementation review and impact assessment was conducted after every procedure was set live.

My personable approach and outgoing nature is shown in my ability to deliver with courageous integrity by being quick to establish rapport with my colleagues. Working within the values and business principles that HSBC embodies is demonstrated and recognition of this I was nominated seven times in 2011 for the HSBC People’s Choice Monthly Award and a further two nominations in 2012. I won the Award at a departmental level in January 2011 and subsequently for the site in Quarter One 2011. I was then one of four employees to be nominated for the HSBC People’s Choice of the Year 2011.
