Global Customer Program Manager
CurrentResponsibilities and Duties:• Primary point of contact to ensure service reliability, contractual execution, customer retention and growth while maintaining positive customer relationship with UPS.• Skilled in utilizing analytics to root cause performance issues, developing key performance indicators to track compliance and quantify client growth or process improvement. • Assists with the planning of initiatives and translating high level organizational goals into business plans to meet customer and UPS goals.• Facilitates performance meetings, manages standard operating procedures and statements of work to assist in identifying opportunities for account penetration.• Provides data to senior level management to assist with evaluating trends and performance results.• Responsible for process review and analysis to gain business knowledge and to identify areas for improvement.Awards and Accomplishments:• 2020 Annual World of Champions - Silver Level Recognition • 2020 Q4 World of Champions - Bronze Level Recognition • 2020 Q2 World of Champions - Gold Level Recognition (Top 3%)• 2019 Q4 World of Champions - Bronze Level Recognition
