Overall responsibility for educational programming, advancing the Zen Center’s commitment to applying contemplative practices to contemporary challenges. Developed, implemented, and currently serve as director of the Contemplative Medicine Fellowship, a year-long medical fellowship designed for physicians, advanced practice registered nurses, and physician assistants. The innovative, evidence-based training actively develops the skills needed to sustainably practice compassionate medicine without sacrificing well-being through the integration of contemplative practices in a fellow's personal and professional life. Redesigned graduate-level educational programming curriculum to transition it from in-person to online/hybrid learning. Implemented an online learning platform and online courses with professionally-produced video content, increasing accessibility, participation, and revenue.

Led retreats for beginning and advanced students ranging from five days to one month in duration in North America and Europe. Mentored students and provided meditation instruction for individuals around the worldCo-taught 10-day Meditation Instructor and Teacher Training retreat, mentored authorized teachers, and served on the Teacher Council.Led the annual two-week immersion retreat introducing Vajrayana teachings and preliminary practices (ngöndro) to those wishing to become formal students and guided them during their first year of practice (2013–2017). Led the annual one-week Vajrayana Practice Intensive retreat designed to support Vajrayana students in deepening their practice (2016–2018). Led 5 consecutive years of sustainable growth resulting in increased programming capacity and reach while developing a cash reserve. Held overall strategic and operational responsibility for residential, online, and international programming, fundraising, grant management, budgeting, volunteers, and staff. Expanded accessibility of programming by developing a new portfolio of online offerings serving students at all levels of engagement and diversifying the organization’s earned revenue. Doubled rental revenue of Blazing Mountain Retreat Center, a $5M full-service, 100-person residential retreat center, through strategic facility upgrades, marketing, and development. Moved and expanded Boulder-based meditation center and offices to support growing staff, community, and programming.

Developed "InMeditation", Battelle's organization-wide meditation program serving the Columbus headquarters, regional offices, and the national laboratories Battelle manages. During this time I served as meditation teacher and program director, designing and leading multi-week in-person and online courses, day-long workshops, and retreats. I also provided one-on-one meditation instruction, mentoring, and executive coaching.

Engineering manager, systems engineering lead for performance requirements and specifications, and subject matter expert for the Joint Biological Point Detection System, the first fully automated biological warfare agent detection, collection, and identification system. Managed projects and served as member of the design, manufacturing, and testing team during all stages of the system’s life cycle. Key member of onsite teams responsible for deploying and supporting a biological defense system protecting high-priority domestic and overseas defense sites.Served as inaugural Design Engineering Liaison to Manufacturing, collaborating with manufacturing engineers, quality assurance, and program managers. Lead electrical engineer for redesign of the Hand-Held Holographic Radar Gun, an instrument used by the U.S. Air Force to ensure optimal performance of radar-absorbing material on stealth aircraft.
