As an Office Assistant at Americold my responsibilities include but are not limited to.• Overseeing the clerical staff in the office.• Lead dock team in training and maintaining office procedures.• Work with Manager to set daily operations standards for the Dock Office.• Ensure essential personnel coverage maintained at all times.• Scheduling outbound appointments with carriers.• Review orders and records to ensure accuracy and account for all loads.• Creating the production schedule for the customer.• Creating Export documents and following all USDA guidelines.• Inventory control.• Billing and accounting.• Minor Human Resources.• Keeping quality control logs on product and ensuring they follow the HARPC guidelines.• Ensuring that all paperwork is accurate and correct. • Keeping open and direct communication with customers.• Keeping records for all OS&D’s.• Responds to all customer inquiries and complaints concerning work-orders, shipments, and inventory counts.• Reports customer feedback to management.• Acts as liaison between customer and warehouse.• Ensuring that the customers’ expectations are met.• Keep computer records accurate and up to date. Run daily inventory reports.• Inventory Control for Americold and the customer• Responding to all Inventory questions the customer has• Notifying Supervisors and Managers when inventory discrepancies arise and working to solve the issue to balance out inventory.• Working with AS400/URSC50• Working with SAP• Working with Microsoft Office
