Current•Managed all transmission networks (sdh, ce, mw, wdm) planning (short and medium term), engineering (network quality), developing (using existing and new products and technologies) usage (for internal and external customers) and optimization.Managed all the CMS (planning and documentation system) activities for the operational phase and for future phases.•Managed a group of 2 team leaders and 30 engineers, assigning there tasks, and motivating them to meet high quality solution and deadlines.•Managed the entire backhaul infrastructure for cellcom cell sites.•Managed all the leased lines activities (Bezeq, HOT).•Managed ip networks (core, lan, ce) security systems in terms planning for long and short terms, implemented new technology and products, operation of the networks.•Integration the transport networks with the core and access elements of the cellular network
