WPS (Whirlpool Production System) is the term that Whirlpool assigns to the Engineering area, WPS is the same that TPS. I was in WPS Materials in the areas of Warehouse, Receipt and Supply of Materials and i was implemented the actions below:- Reduce Downtimes - Standardized Work- Kaizen´rs implementations- Kanban System implementations- Improve Consignment System- Optimize resources (Operators, tuggers, Forklift etc.)

Review of all internal documents (Working procedures, Formats, Check list, presentations etc),and support doing all the standard working procedures.
