Upon finishing my undergraduate studies at Baylor University, I took an opportunity to live where the snow skiing is much better than in Texas and found myself in Spokane, Washington at WSU. Returning to Texas, I took a position as a "rookie" dispensing audiologist with McCrae Hearing Ventures (dba Beltone Audiology and Hearing Aids). I spent the first 7 months with MHV at a clinic in Kerrville, Texas before aiding in a competitor acquisition in San Antonio. Since then, I've very much enjoyed being a part of McCrae Hearing Ventures' incredible growth (from 2 clinics to 23). The snow called once more and I found myself relocating to Colorado to support further growth. I serve as the Director of Patient Care for McCrae Hearing Ventures/McCrae Colorado Hearing Ventures and feel incredibly fortunate to work with such a strong group of absolute professionals that are compassionate about assisting the hard of hearing population. I work to employ a synergistic relationship among all levels of employees in our organization, as I believe we can all bring positive, effective initiatives to the table in our ever-evolving quest for superior patient care
