As the Associate Director of Occupational Studies, I oversee a diverse range of Occupational areas, including Hair, Beauty, Automotive, Hospitality, and Construction. My role involves comprehensive management of key operational aspects such as finances, curriculum development, teaching standards, student outcomes, quality assurance, attendance, behaviour, and achievement. I work closely with staff and stakeholders to maintain high levels of employer engagement and ensure that programs meet both industry and academic standards. In addition, I have cross-college responsibilities, ensuring that all student work placements are well-structured and have a meaningful, positive impact on their educational experience and career readiness.
