Chevron TVEX Project. Quality Coordinator based At One SubSea in Houston. Responsible for all Quality related activity for the fabrication of 5 Subsea Trees and related controls. Also includes 1 subsea Manifold.

Joined Chevron JSM project as Hull QA Manager for the fabrication of a 52000 ton GVA designed FPU hull based in Samsung Heavy Industries South Korea. I was responsible for all Quality matters related to the project in fabrication facilities across Asia to include China, Japan and South Korea. During peak construction phases coordinated a team of 55 inspection personnel located in Samsung Heavy Industries ship yard and approx 43 vendor shops throughout Korea and Asia. Followed the project to USA with the project team for integration of the topsides Production, Compression and Generation modules on to the Hull. Currently working offshore Gulf Of Mexico for final HUC and Start up of facilities..

Joined Downstream PBOP team as Global Vendor shop coordinator--- due to economy project procurement was put on hold. Transferred to Chevron CCR Project (Continuous Catalyst Reformer) QA Coordinator –responsible for overseeing a crew of 9 inspectors—review and approve various construction procedures. Assisted refinery QA and commissioning groups with the development of a systems turnover procedure.

Worked in South Korea at Samsung Heavy Industries overseeing all QA activities for the fabrication of a 1800 ton Jacket and 5700 ton Gas compression platform. Supervised a team of 5 expat Inspectors and 22 Korean National inspectors monitoring all construction activities at Fab yard and various vendor shops throughout South Korea. Worked closely with Commissioning team during pre- Commissioning activities onshore. Transferred to Angola Africa and continued all QA activities for installation, commissioning and startup of the facility.

Relocated on a non-rotational assignment in South Korea as lead piping inspector with a team of 7 national inspectors monitoring piping and pressure vessel fabrication and installation along with promoting Safety through CVX IIF program at DSME ship building. Traveled to various fabrication shops in South Korea monitoring progress, quality and safety. Worked closely with DSME QA/QC in solving quality issues to help progress the job. Upon completion of topside fabrication in Korea transferred to Angola Africa for Compliant tower and deck installation working as Lead QA Coordinator overseeing a team of 7 inspectors. Worked closely with Hook up and commissioning team throughout the project.
