Adaption of this kind drives rapid evolution. A changing world requires adaptability and fresh perspective. Experience still counts though. Skills honed over years of practice are not obsolete – especially the skills which talk to people: understanding their needs, and matching what is possible with what they want. The key to the next ten years of practice will be capturing exciting opportunities without overstepping ethical and best practice boundaries. In essence: the art of the calculated risk. Driven by innovation. Steered by experience.During my time at QLS, I’ve assisted nearly 7000 practitioners on some of their toughest days in practice. Not one of them has come to grief following that guidance.
