I am a recent MBA Graduate with a passion for Business. I have worked in Human Resources and Project Management for the past 4 years. I have gained experience in managing employees, training, project management, budgeting, vendor relationships and process implementation. I have been in control of projects as small as 300 dollars and as high as 1.5 million dollars. I have created new processes that have lowered costs and increased productivity. Been in control of over 450 employees 15 managers and conducted meetings with CEO of Multi-Billion Dollar Industries.- Graduated with my MBA by the age of 23 with honors and as the class valedictorian- Implemented a new payroll process within 2 months resulting in increased efficiency and lowered costs by 25K annually- Managed a nonprofit event for Comic-Con (Superhero run) that became a record for most Super hero's running at once- Implemented new technology based solution to change the speed of billing customers. This lowered accounts receivables by 10 day- Implemented a company training program for new employees which lowered turnover rates and increased employee productivityI have already accomplished many things in life; however I know I have many more accomplishment to come. I will never give up and will always complete the tasks that are given to me and go above and beyond to create change in whatever organization I'm in. I am always learning new tricks and trades that inspire me to grow as a professional in my industry, I will continue to grow and will help others around grow as I do.
