I initiated and developed the enterprise RM Framework incorporating risk, assurance and governance; and deployed the framework through all levels of the business including strategy, operations, projects, business continuity and disaster management. I researched and developed an Assurance Map and Maturity model for assessment and decision making. The Assurance Map (aligned to the 3LoA) supports the organizations adaptability and resilience, and prioritises areas for enhanced control / action.
