I enjoy my role as the COO for Zephyr Products in Leavenworth, Kansas. Every day is a new challenge! My favorite part of my role is helping others be successful and achieve their full potential. To lead and problem solve, I draw on the experience I have gained since I started at Zephyr in 2004. In my previous positions, I learned estimating, order entry, how to add and integrate new equipment and to refine and implement processes. Most of all, I learned to juggle the ever-changing and competing demands of our fast-paced manufacturing environment and to communicate and work with our fantastic team here at Zephyr to achieve the best results for our customers.I am grateful for the work ethic my parents instilled in me growing up on a dairy farm in a small Kansas town. I have been married to the love of my life and best friend since 1992 and we have 3 amazing children. Our family has continued to grow as our kids have grown up and started their own life-long love journeys. We were thrilled when our daughter had our first grandchild in October, 2017, and over joyed when our 2nd arrived in August of 2019. Funny how I just can’t get enough of them!
