David joined Admiral Management Services in 1999, which was taken over by CMG in 2000 and subsequently by Logica in 2002. During his time at Logica David held a range of positions including Consultancy roles, Senior Delivery Management, Business Manager and Account/Client Director all centred on National Security Customers, primarily IAs and LEAs.

Graduated from the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst in June 1974 winning the Agar Memorial Prize. Held a number of command and staff appointments, including command of 16th Signal Regiment in Germany in the mid-80's, Programme Management positions in the Defence Procurement Executive before retiring as Director of Operations for Command, Control, Communication & Intelligence Systems world-wide.
