Roomex is a workforce travel & spend management platform giving companies control and visibility of their travel spend via our SaaS platform, payments products and mobile app. Reporting to the CEO I lead the Product, Marketing and Design teams and am responsible for the Product Vision and StrategyKey projects that I have lead include:• Launch of our new RoomexPay payment product aimed at eliminating expense management for our customers from inception to go-live including research, design, delivery and go-to-market planning• A redesign and relaunch of our SaaS customer portal• New market entry expanding our reach from Ireland and UK to other European markets• Strategic partnerships with other workforce travel platforms• Working with 3rd party payment providers to help customers to optimise their payment flowOther key elements of my role are:• Product strategy and roadmap ownership• Utilising qualitative / quantitative market data and competitive insights to identify and prioritize the largest, fastest growing markets and verticals which will drive product strategies and roadmap priorities• Leveraging data and analytics to ensure we are focused on solving the correct customer problems and validating that we are achieving our expected outcomes on each initiative• Cross-Functional Collaboration: partnering with leaders across other functions (including engineering, marketing, sales) to realize the full scale and potential of product.• Customer Experience: optimising the platform’s user / customer experience across all devices, including launching our new mobile application• Team Building: building, coaching and developing a multi-functional world-class product team

I was responsible for the product strategy and roadmap for Ding's enterprise SaaS platform and API and for communicating this vision to all stakeholders, reporting directly to the CEOI worked closely with Design, Engineering, Sales, Marketing and Analytics teams and loved talking directly to customers on new product initiatives and to gain a deep understanding of their business.
