As the Teamlead Automation at Siemens, I oversee the automation and aspects of test engineering for various projects in the field of robotics without missing needs from data models to nurture digitalization. I graduated the MBA Luzern programme as Master of Advanced Studies in Business Administration (MAS BA) from Hochschule Luzern. Started in R&D environment I own more than nine years of experience in engineering and leadership roles. Previously, I was the Teamlead Engineering Services at Leica Geosystems, where I led a team of process and manufacturing equipment engineers. Before my journey in the field of manufacturing process engineering and automation took off I worked on product development and innovation as a Mechanical Design Engineer. I have skills in product development, analytical problem solving, process oriented connected thinking, several CAE tools, Microsoft Office as well as collaboration and leadership. I am passionate about creating solutions to acheive strategic goals by improving efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction. I am also fluent in German and English and I have received honors for my academic and professional achievements.
