As an Associate Principal at ParkFowler Plus, David Mulder has worked on a variety of project types from planning and development through conceptual design to construction documentation. The firm’s digital design coordinator, Mulder is responsible for directing early stage 3D design, while establishing rendering aesthetics. His current projects include two multi-family residences, Silo in Ontario, and Morse Street in Washington DC. While completing his M.Arch at the University of Illinois Chicago he was Awarded the AIA Henery Adams Medal and the Susan Neely Award. As a member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA), he served as Co-Chair for the AIA Chicago Equity, Diversity and Inclusion Roundtable for two years.
