This is a key role within the Financial & Risk Management Solutions development group within Fiserv, the global leader in information management and e-commerce systems for the financial services industry. Serving customers across the world, including some of the largest financial institutions and banks, this group is responsible for developing and delivering enterprise strength software for the detection and prevention of fraud and money laundering. The Quality Assurance Manager leads a team of hands-on experts in quality based risk assessment, test automation and performance testing activities for enterprise software products. The primary function of the Quality Assurance Manager is to provide thought leadership and guidance on best practices to both developers and quality professionals throughout the ACH development group. The Quality Assurance Manager is the driving force for introducing new technologies and methodologies where appropriate. In addition, the Quality Assurance Manager performs hands-on tasks including planning, scheduling and implementation to assure that developed products meet their functional and non-functional requirements and are within total quality management limits and standards.

Responsible for managing projects/components contained in the monthly releases within the ADP AutoPay environment. Created and delivered project Kick-Off presentations, status reports dashboards and post mortems to upper management for releases. Lead test teams through various phases of the testing cycle, conducted test plan peer reviews and weekly meetings. Participated in analysis for new projects to provide peer feedback and coach less senior associates. Developed and executed test plans and scripts for highly complex projects based on analysis and design documents. Consistently met deadlines and generated low defect ratios and high customer quality survey scores.

Performed consulting services for ACH and the PEP+ system for banking and financial services companies who licensed the PEP+ product. Active in developing and documenting the processes used to execute daily ACH operations for customers using PEP+.
