Accounts range from heavy industry to food processing to healthcare and everything in between. ► Equipment Breakdown Risk Surveys & AssessmentsCommercial occupancies include injection molding/plastics, metal stamping, food processing, cold storage & refrigeration, large commercial property, hospitals, etc. Recommendations are provided to lower hazards, eliminate production interruptions and reduce the risk of the account. Risk Assessment Reports are distributed internally to enable successful underwriting negotiations. ► Equipment Breakdown Claim Investigations  Investigations involve post-loss onsite visits, interviews, account-vendor collaboration, diagnostics, etc.  Investigations require the communication of technical concepts with claims department colleagues with non-technical backgrounds. ► National Board Boiler & Pressure Vessel Inspections Consistently managed 0% overdue jurisdictional inspections in assigned territory.
