Manage customized GIS training and consulting projects in the public safety and emergency management fields across the United States. Produce demand, response time and station location analysis reports for public safety entities. Consult and collaborate with clients and videographers on all aspects of video productions to include scripting, location, scenes, props and post production. Conduct script analysis and contribute to script changes. Direct and produce video productions for television broadcast, video DVD, and multimedia use (web content). Write story lines and story boards. Enthusiastically use a creative approach in finding new ways to produce videos in advertisement of businesses, telling a story, or documenting an event on the web, television or DVDs on all projects. Effective at organizing and coordinating video and photography shoots at various venues, in theatre, or on location. Prioritize and organize project workloads to meet specified deadlines. Establish and maintain strong working relationships with clients, technical staff, television program directors, and others required to accomplish the timely completion of projects. Operate and troubleshoot audio and video equipment. Author and deliver final video products in the specified format on or before deadlines. Design and edit still and animated graphics for use in video projects or websites. Design, build and maintain websites in various formats, and create links to video content.

I Teach Emergency Management with GIS in the Office of Continuing Education GIS Certificate Program. This course covers everything from, establishing pre-plans for any event, incident mapping and analysis, establishing service areas and evacuation routes, EOC (Emergency Operations Center) activations and more.

I Managed GIS and Technical Programs with PWC Fire and Rescue. Conducting station location and apparatus deployment analyses. I also work in Emergency Management providing GIS data analysis and maps for emergency events before, during and after Emergency Operations Center activations.

Managed the production of all topographic mapping projects, edited and created maps and charts at the 30th Engineer Battalion, Ft. Belvoir VA.
