Successfully closed the sale of the company in June 2019 to Immortals Gaming Club, serving as an integral part of the deal team and setting a new record as the largest change of control transaction in the industry.Implemented accounting software and built out accounting and financial reporting functions, hiring, developing, and training staff. Developed and implemented company-wide policies and procedures and managed financial forecasting, treasury, budgeting, and modeling. Met with investors and participated in board meetings to present financial reports and forecasts. Worked closely alongside the company's President to be the financial eyes and ears of the organization and assist in strategic decision making.

Managed the finance, accounting, and treasury functions of a fully integrated crude oil marketing and logistics company from the start-up phase through the sale of the logistics division for nearly $1B. Served on the deal team to create deliverables for and work closely with potential investors, investment banks, and transaction advisory personnel.
