Over the past 28 years, I have had the privilege to work with various Fortune 1000 companies and many large Not-For-Profit (NFP) organizations (partial list provided herein). Although each industry is unique and encounters unique challenges within the global market, a core shared element is the need for regulatory compliance, operational sustainability, and managed growth. Therefore, in each engagement, my focus is on successful, measurable deliverables that are precisely aligned with the client’s mission, without the typical, massive cost overruns that can occur in most budgeted projects. My goal, with each project milestone, is to work across all departments within the organization to establish clear and concise accountability and to address each challenge as an opportunity to provide a collaborative solution within the overall objective. Maintaining the balance of each project’s resources, time, and budgetary constraints so that true return on investment is realized continues to be immensely rewarding for me.
